- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The way the staff speaks to people who call in is dispicable. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. The woman kept saying she was "all alone today" which was supposed to excuse her rotten behavior. When I came for the appointment I knew instantly which lady I spoke to on the phone because she was rude to everyone who walked in and I heard her slam the phone down several times as she did to me. There are 4 women here and they act like they are not in front of a waiting room. We wait For hours and everyone is too afraid to ask when we could possibly expect to be seen. I also heard them mock a gentleman after he left for how he spoke. These grown women should be ashamed of themselves. Some people here are really sick and in pain and just want answers and these women just make the experience awful. As I am typing this - the woman just pretended to put a gun to her head after slamming the phone down on someone. I would be embarrassed if I were the doctor for the way his staff treats his patients. He lost a patient because of them.August 30, 2017by Kathryn Greenwood
